While I am free to roam, I am well aware of the fact that Aviana is not. For this reason, we try extremely hard to bring joy, and fun into her life every chance we get.

We try to whip through our therapy on the weekends so we can get her out and about.

As much as I feel like a caged animal, Aviana must feel 1000 times worse.

At least I can get up, and walk away....

  1. and you come back to her REFRESHED and REJUVENATED and you bring her joy and stories of adventures untold

you are her eyes, ears and hands on the outside world.....................

last post you mentioned a photography class (i am SOOOOO JEALOUS!!!) i HOPE you are taking your camera with you everywhere you go and bringing back all the wonderful full color pictures of your adventures to share with her!

i just know she would LOVE to look at things through your eyes!!!

  2. I second that about taking your camera. Take lots of pictures to share with her, and you get practice at the same time. You never know when you'll get that perfect moment for a picture...until it's too late and you realize you forgot it. :)

  3. I'm SOOOO happy that I was able to visit this weekend and actually help you guys with something! Thank you so much for the opportunity!

Avi is doing SO well since the last time we saw her! I was amazed when I was moving her head that I could feel that SHE was moving it and I was only helping to support her!! You guys have come SO far!!

Love you guys! Hope to be able to visit again and help in any way possible!!

PS...and thanks for lunch!! You shouldn't have!!!
