ReplyDeleteThose are Wonderful news! How exciting!
ReplyDeleteStill praying all the way from Guate!
I am so glad you are going to be home all together again! :D
That's so awesome. I bet her best friend and buddy (your lab) can't wait to see her. Hopefully a few good doggie licks will do the trick! I'm sure she will make even more progress once she is back in the security of her loving home. Post a picture!
ReplyDeleteIm so happy to hear that. It will be great for her to be around her own suroundings. Your doggy is going to be so excited to see her.
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!! I read an article that spoke of how important a person's surroundings are when they are healing. The outdoors and favorite spots should really help with her progress. I know that there is an entire book devoted to this subject. I think the title is something like Healing Spaces. It will be exciting to hear how she likes coming home! Congratulations!

ReplyDeleteI am so excited! That means we can meet the Miracle Girl soon!
ReplyDeleteWoooohoooo! I am sure she will improve (even more than she already has) by being home again :)
ReplyDeleteWONDERFUL news! You do not know me but I have been following Aviana's story after seeing a post on the Guat Adoption Forum. I am a former PICU Nurse. People would ask me all the time how I could work in that environment. It was because of kids like Aviana -- to see kids who were given no hope recover and to know you had a part in it. Make sure to bring her back to visit as she continues to improve as I promise you it means the world to those nurses!
ReplyDeleteoh that is so awesome! I am excited for you, what an exciting next step, hoping that she really starts making some more amazing progress in her own home.
ReplyDeleteWhat fantastic news. I am so happy that she gets to go home and continue getting stronger in familiar surroundings.
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing news !! She will be in her bed soon when you wake up and on Dave's birthday, just lovely. Continuing to hold you in our thoughts and prayers daily. hugs

ReplyDeleteWONDERFUL!!!! My in-laws are neighbors of Aviana's Grandma and Grandpa and they told me about your precious angel. I've been following your blog since then and am truly inspired by your strength! I'm so so happy that you'll have your little girl home soon!!!

Praise the Lord! Jen & Dave this is exciting news and the reward for which you and Aviana have been working so hard. As we all know, Aviana will do wonders back in her own familiar environment: the sights, sounds, smells, and snuggles of all her favorites (critters included).
ReplyDeleteI will continue to hold you all in our prayers at church. May the Lord continue to surround you with His love and kindness.
Blessings,
Tina B.
I am so excited for all of you. It will be so nice to kiss her goodnight and wake up with her there.
ReplyDeleteYes! You all deserve a little quality time with each other. Very happy to hear you will all be together!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!!! I hope her transition home is a smooth one, and that she will continue to heal and get better with each passing day in her familiar surroundings!
ReplyDeleteMay you, Dave, Brenda and Gary find healing and comfort with Avi's return home, as well. I hope that your tired and stressed spirits will be able to rest and recouperate!!

ReplyDeleteI am a new "follower" of your blog. I found about your family and your story through today's article in the Roseville Press Tribune. I immediately logged on and read your blog. I can't believe all that you guys have been through, and was especially interested to find out that you guys adopted Aviana (I hope to adopt a child someday myself). I can't wait to read the post with the news that Aviana is indeed home, and I hope everything continues to go well. I will continue to check for updates.
