I am sorry I have not had time to update the blog. We have been pretty busy and Dave is home today, so I will try and put together a post tomorrow.
Everything is going good and Aviana seems to be happy to be home and in her own room. Kama and Aviana are getting acquainted again. We love watching the two of them, they are both too cute!
We are so happy to have her home! She is a beautiful little munchkin and we feel blessed to be her parents :o)

When you hadn't posted for awhile I assumed it was because Aviana was home. YAY!!!! So glad to hear it and praying she continues to heal.

No apologies! Silly!! I'm sure we all assumed you had your hands full! Glad to hear everything is going well and that Avi is getting a dose of normal again!
ReplyDeleteHope you're remembering to rest and take care of yourself, too! Will try to get back up your way again soon!

Gald to hear her and Kama are getting aquainted. Can't wait to hear more about her adventures at home when you have time. Your house is on my way home if you ever need to run to the store or whatever before Dave gets home!!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy that Avi is home. I figured that you would be so busy with getting a routine and adjusting to everythng. I am praying for all of you Aviana's recovery.
ReplyDeletelove all of you
Debby
Thank you for the little update!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that you guys are getting settled in back home. What a blessing. I am happy for you all!
We have been thinking of you all and figured you were busy as a bee getting everything ready and a routine down. Soooo happy for all of you.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure everyone has been thinking of you and we are all so happy you are all home!
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear that you got home as scheduled! Take your time getting used to your new "normal"! I am so glad you are all in the same place, and have your community closer to help you out!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you are finally home! Being home sure helps the healing going faster. It is also easier on you. Continued prayers for improvements everyday!
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how amazing it is to have her home; I am sure you have CRAVED this day, each and everyday when you mind settled enough to the prospect that it was actually possible (in the beginning of all of this).
ReplyDeleteI am so glad; she is surely so much happier in her setting; I realize this with my lil ones even when we travel. Kama is probably settled having her home as well and has to be therapeutic for Aviana.
warmth, hugs and prayers,
jana
I am so happy that she is finally home, where she can feel relaxed and continue to heal. Our family is here for you if you need ANYTHING!
ReplyDeleteShe's right Jen. I've said it before and will say it again, we'll scoop Kama's poop if you need it. Running errands, bringing dinner by, doing laundry...whatever you need. One of my earliest memories is having church ladies stop by after church each week to drop off dinners, to say a prayer with us, or just see how we were doing when Mom had cancer. I know how much it means to have some home cooked food in the fridge when you don't even have the energy to take a shower.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we can treat you to some Starbucks and a pedicure so we all can catch up in the not so far future. (When you get a routine down and feel comfortable, of course.)
Thanks for the update.... We know that life is busy and so much to do.
ReplyDeleteMake sure you remember to do quiet time for yourself. There's so much to do and get adjusted to now, but it's important that you don't run yourself down.
So glad that Avi was able to come and looking forward to hearing continued updates and progress of your little princess.
welcome home Aviana. mommies and daddies amd friends from blogland are praying for you.
ReplyDeleteYes! This is the first day of the rest of your lives! Make it the best life you can - we are so very happy for all of you to be together again as a family. Celebrate life!
