In Memory

***

I want to thank my cousin Erin for everything she put into making this video. As it turned out, she had her work cut out for her in working with the two of us ; ) As I look back, I realize - without each of the three of our ongoing ideas, the video wouldn't be half of what it turned out to be.

I love you Erin! Thank you for every great suggestion, your honest feedback, your mad computer skills, the endless tears, and everything in between.

HoTog Forever!

  1. A perfect memory video of just a very small glance into the short life of a perfect little girl.
The choice of music was so perfect, of course one so fitting that I love "The Dance" !!
I cant say it enough but, Aviana was so photogenic even in her down moments, that face, oh that face :o)
You just continue to bring her light out to us, that's why we love you, its not everyday or just anywhere that someone shows the love you do in such a humble way. You've done such a beautiful thing sharing Aviana with us and you continue.
    THANK YOU! XOXOXO

  2. Thank you for sharing the precious video of your life with Aviana. The songs on the video seemed written for your family. And thank you for sharing your hearts and your journey, and for your honesty. I know God will use your words and your lives to touch and help others...as Avi's life and story has touched so many. Please take care.

  9. I LOVE this video. It was perfect. I've commented a couple times on here. In April 2012 we lost my partner and father of my children when he took his own life. A song I have found SO much comfort in was Storm from Lifehouse. I made a 1 year anniversary video of Steve with this song and if you didn't already know them, the lyrics are as follows:

How long have I been in this storm?
So overwhelmed by the ocean's shapeless form
    Water's getting harder to tread
With these waves crashing over my head

If I could just see you
    Everything would be alright
    If I'd see you
This darkness would turn to light

And I will walk on water
And you will catch me if I fall
And I will get lost into your eyes
I know everything will be alright
    I know everything is alright

I know you didn't bring me out here to drown
So why am I ten feet under and upside down?
Barely surviving has become my purpose
'Cause I'm so used to living underneath the surface

If I could just see you
    Everything would be alright
    If I'd see you
This darkness would turn to light

And I will walk on water
And you will catch me if I fall
And I will get lost into your eyes
I know everything will be alright

And I will walk on water
And you will catch me if I fall
And I will get lost into your eyes
I know everything will be alright
    I know everything is alright

    Everything's alright
    Everything's alright

Take solice Jen that "Everything's alright"
